Adapt Media Celebrates Jamie Thompson as the 2024 Convenience Store News Canada IMPACT AWARD Winner for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Jamie’s leadership has been instrumental in implementing initiatives that prioritize diversity and inclusion at Adapt Media. He founded Adapt in 1998 with advertising investment from Canada’s Indigenous broadcaster, APTN, with a vision to give back to that community. This vision led to the launch of the iDream grant series, which provides $5 million in media annually to BIPOC artists and entrepreneurs, helping to promote their incredible work. Jamie’s significant impact on the convenience store industry since Adapt’s inception has also ensured that millions of dollars in advertising revenue return to the pockets of independent convenience store owners. Adapt’s DOOH screens and OOH static opportunities at both corporate and independent c-stores across Canada provide brands with the chance to showcase their products and services to an eager shopping audience.
